5.2. Storage Management
Regularly transfer important footage from the microSD card to a computer or external storage device. While loop recording prevents storage from filling up, backing up data is recommended.
5.3. Cleaning
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera body. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratches. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
6. Troubleshooting
- Camera not turning on: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Try using the second battery.
- Recording issues: Check if the microSD card is properly inserted and has sufficient free space. Format the card if necessary (this will erase all data).
- Poor video quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from smudges. Check recording settings to confirm 4K resolution is selected.
- Computer not recognizing camera: Try a different USB port or cable. Ensure the camera is powered on when connected.
