Product Overview

The SANSUI 27 Inch Curved 240Hz Gaming Monitor (Model: ES-G27C1 PRO) is designed to provide an immersive and high-performance gaming experience. Featuring a 1500R curvature, Full HD 1080P resolution, and a rapid 240Hz refresh rate with 1ms MPRT response time, it aims to deliver smooth and fluid visuals. Setup

1. Stand Assembly

Attach the monitor stand to the back of the monitor. Ensure all screws are securely tightened. The durable metal stand provides stable support and allows for tilt adjustment from -5° to 15°.

2. VESA Mount Installation (Optional)

The monitor supports VESA 100x100mm mounting. If using a VESA mount (not included), remove the pre-attached stand and secure the monitor to your VESA-compatible arm or wall mount using appropriate screws.

3. Connecting to a Device

Connect your computer or gaming console to the monitor using either the HDMI 2.0 port (up to 240Hz) or the DisplayPort 1.4 (up to 240Hz). For audio output, connect external speakers or headphones to the 3.5mm Audio Out jack. This monitor does not have built-in speakers.

4. Power On

Connect the power adapter to the monitor and a power outlet. Press the power button (usually located on the bottom or back of the monitor) to turn it on. The monitor will automatically detect the input source or you can manually select it via the OSD menu.

Operating the Monitor

1. On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu Navigation

The monitor features a joystick button control located on the bottom or back for easy navigation of the OSD menu. Use the joystick to:

• Up/Brightness: Adjust brightness or navigate up.
• Menu/Confirm: Enter the OSD menu or confirm selection.
• Decrease/Return/Exit/Input Source: Navigate down, return to previous menu, exit OSD, or change input source.
• Down/Volume: Adjust volume or navigate down.
• Standby/Power On/Off: Power the monitor on or off.

2. Display Settings

Access the OSD menu to adjust various display parameters:

• Ventilation: Ensure the monitor's ventilation openings are not blocked to prevent overheating.
• Power Off: Always turn off the monitor when not in use for extended periods.

Troubleshooting

• No Display/Black Screen:
  • Check if the monitor is properly connected to a power source and turned on.
  • Verify that the video cable (HDMI or DisplayPort) is securely connected to both the monitor and the source device.
  • Ensure the correct input source is selected on the monitor via the OSD menu.
  • Test with a different video cable or source device if possible.
• No Audio:
  • Confirm that external speakers or headphones are properly connected to the 3.5mm Audio Out jack.
  • Check the volume settings on both the monitor (via OSD) and the source device.
  • Ensure the audio output is not muted on either the monitor or the source device.
• Screen Tearing/Stuttering:
  • Ensure FreeSync is enabled in the monitor's OSD menu and on your graphics card settings.
  • Verify that your graphics card drivers are up to date.
• Image Quality Issues (Blurry, Distorted, Incorrect Colors):
  • Adjust resolution and refresh rate settings on your source device to match the monitor's capabilities (FHD 1080p, 240Hz).
  • Calibrate color settings (brightness, contrast, sharpness) via the OSD menu.
  • Check for physical damage to the screen or cables.
• Buttons Not Responding:
  • Power cycle the monitor (turn off, unplug, wait 30 seconds, plug back in, turn on).
