2.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the flashlight. Refer to the 'Charging' section for detailed instructions.

3.3 Strobe Mode Activation

3.4 Automatic Brightness Adjustment

To prevent overheating and protect the LED, the two brightest modes (High Light and Extreme Bright Light) will automatically dim to a lower setting after a short period of continuous use (typically less than 1 minute for Extreme Bright). This is a normal function to ensure product longevity and safety.

3.5 Magnetic Tail Feature

The ALONEFIRE H60 features a powerful magnet integrated into its tail cap. This allows the flashlight to be securely attached to ferrous metal surfaces, providing hands-free illumination. This is useful for tasks requiring both hands, such as vehicle maintenance or working in dark spaces.

4. Charging

4.1 USB-C Charging Port

The ALONEFIRE H60 is equipped with a USB-C charging port for convenient recharging. To access the charging port, twist the upper ring of the flashlight head to expose the port. This design helps protect the port from dust and water when not in use.

4.2 Charging Process

  1. Twist the upper ring of the flashlight head to reveal the USB-C port.
  2. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the flashlight's port.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port, power bank).
  4. The charging indicator light will illuminate to show the charging status.
  5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and twist the upper ring back to cover the port.

4.3 Charging Indicator

  • Red Light: Indicates the flashlight is currently charging.
  • Blue Light: Indicates the flashlight is fully charged.

Charging time typically ranges from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the power source and remaining battery level.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the anodized aluminum finish. Keep the lens clean for optimal light output.

5.2 Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery. Recharge the flashlight when the light becomes noticeably dim.
  • If storing the flashlight for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every 3-6 months to prevent over-discharge and battery damage.
  • Use only the specified Lithium-Ion battery.

5.3 O-Ring Lubrication

Periodically inspect the O-rings (seals) on the tail cap and charging port area. If they appear dry or cracked, apply a thin layer of silicone grease to maintain the flashlight's waterproof rating.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Flashlight does not turn on:
    • Ensure the battery is correctly installed with the positive (+) end facing the head.
    • Check if the battery is charged. Connect to a charger and observe the indicator light.
    • Ensure the tail cap is fully tightened. A loose tail cap can prevent electrical contact.
  • Light dims unexpectedly:
    • This is a normal function for the High and Extreme Bright modes to prevent overheating. The flashlight will automatically reduce output to a sustainable level.
    • The battery may be low. Recharge the flashlight.
  • Flashlight gets hot during use:
    • It is normal for the flashlight head to become warm, especially on higher brightness settings, due to heat dissipation from the LED. Avoid touching the head directly when operating on the brightest modes for extended periods.
  • Charging indicator light does not change:
    • Ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted into both the flashlight and the power source.
    • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
    • Verify the charging port on the flashlight is clean and free of debris.
