Safety Information

Setup and Installation

Installation Video Guide

1. Unpacking: Carefully open the box and verify all contents against the package list.
2. Secure Placement: Install the base clips on the heater. Place the heater on a stable, elevated surface (e.g., wood blocks) and secure it in place using screws.
3. Exhaust Pipe Installation: Connect the exhaust pipe. Ensure it is routed away from the oil pipe and leads directly to the outside. Maintain a safe distance from any flammable materials.
4. Intake Pipe and Air Filter Installation: Attach the intake pipe and air filter. Secure them with clamps.
5. Power Connection: Connect the power supply. The red wire is positive, and the black wire is negative. The heater supports both 12/24V DC and 110-240V AC power sources.
6. Fueling: Add diesel fuel to the tank.

Important Note:

The machine will automatically dissipate heat for half an hour after being turned off. Do not force power off midway, as this can prevent proper heat discharge and potentially damage the unit.

LCD Switch Operation

Power On/Off

• To Turn On: In shutdown state, press the "ON/OFF" button on the LCD panel or remote control.
• To Turn Off: In power-on state, press the "ON/OFF" button on the LCD panel or remote control.

Mode Selection and Adjustment

• Switching Modes: Press the [knob] on the LCD panel to cycle through different modes (Temperature Control Mode, Constant Temperature Mode, Gear Mode).
• Numerical Adjustment: Rotate the [knob] clockwise to increase values (e.g., temperature, gear) and counter-clockwise to decrease values.
• Constant Temperature Control: The heater features automatic start/stop functionality, activating when the temperature drops and shutting off when the set temperature is reached.
• Ventilation Mode: Circulates air to dissipate heat in warmer conditions.
• Turbo Heat Mode: Provides rapid heating when needed.
• Timing Function: Set specific operating times for the heater.

Bluetooth APP Control

• Download the 'Sunster' app from your mobile device's app store (Google Play for Android, App Store for iOS).
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
• Open the app and search for Bluetooth devices. Select your heater to connect.
• Once connected, you can adjust settings, create heating plans, and monitor performance directly from the app.

Maintenance

• Keep the air filter clean to ensure efficient operation.
