• Device Fails to Power On: Ensure all power cables are correctly connected. If the device fails to power on despite correct wiring, disconnect the red wire from the current setup and connect it directly to your vehicle's ACC wire (ignition-switched power source).
• Unit Does Not Shut Down with Engine Off: Check if the red ACC wire at the end of the Canbus is energized. If it is, pull out the red wire separately and connect it to your original ACC cable.
• No Sound: Verify speaker connections and audio settings (volume, balance, fader). Check if the mute function is active.
• GPS Signal Loss: Ensure the GPS antenna is properly installed and has a clear view of the sky.
• Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the autoradio and your smartphone. Try unpairing and re-pairing the devices.
