This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your ATTACK SHARK X98 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard. The X98 features tri-mode connectivity (Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz wireless, and USB-C wired), hot-swappable switches, a gasket mount design, PBT keycaps, and customizable RGB backlighting. It is designed for compatibility with various devices including PCs, laptops, tablets, and gaming consoles.

Setup and Connectivity
1. Wired Connection (USB-C)
To use the keyboard in wired mode, connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and the other end to your computer's USB port. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging if necessary. This mode offers the most stable connection and lowest latency.

2. 2.4GHz Wireless Connection
- Locate the 2.4G wireless receiver. It is typically stored in a magnetic slot on the keyboard itself.
- Plug the 2.4G receiver into an available USB port on your computer or device.
- On the keyboard, switch the connectivity mode to 2.4G using the dedicated switch (usually located on the side or back of the keyboard).
- The keyboard should automatically connect. If not, ensure the receiver is properly inserted and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode.

3. Bluetooth 5.0 Connection
- On the keyboard, switch the connectivity mode to Bluetooth (BT) using the dedicated switch.
- On your device (PC, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "ATTACK SHARK X98" from the list of available devices to pair.
- The keyboard supports connecting to up to three Bluetooth devices. Use Fn + Q/W/E to switch between paired devices.

4. System Switching (Windows/Mac)
The keyboard features a dedicated switch to toggle between Windows (WIN) and Mac (MAC) operating system layouts. This ensures proper key functionality for your chosen system.

RGB Backlighting Control
- Fn + \ |: Switch between 21 different RGB lighting effects.
- Fn + Enter: Cycle through 7 single-color lighting options.
- Brightness Adjustment: Use the dedicated software to adjust light brightness.
- Speed Adjustment: Use the dedicated software to adjust lighting effect speed.

Programmable Macro Keys
The ATTACK SHARK X98 supports programmable macro keys through its dedicated driver software. This allows users to customize key functions and record macros for enhanced productivity or gaming performance.

Battery Level Check
To check the battery level in wireless mode, press Fn + Backspace. The indicator lights will show the approximate battery percentage:
- Red light: 20% or less
- Yellow light: 50%
- Green light: 60%
- Full green light: 100%

Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard
Regular cleaning helps maintain the keyboard's performance and appearance. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture. For cleaning between keycaps, use compressed air or a small brush. Ensure the keyboard is disconnected from power before cleaning.
Keycap and Switch Replacement (Hot-Swappable)
The ATTACK SHARK X98 features hot-swappable switches, allowing for easy replacement without soldering. Use the provided keycap puller to gently remove keycaps. Then, use a switch puller (not included, but commonly available) to carefully remove the switches. Insert new 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches by aligning them with the sockets and pressing down gently until they click into place. Reattach keycaps.
