5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Steaming Garments
- Hang the garment on a hanger or place it on an ironing board.
- Once the steamer is ready (indicator lamp shows readiness), press the trigger to emit steam.
- For continuous steam, pull the trigger once to activate the trigger lock.
- Move the steam plate gently over the fabric, allowing the steam to relax the fibers and remove wrinkles. The wide steam plate allows for efficient coverage.
- The heated steam plate, at approximately 130°C, can also be pressed against the fabric like an iron for more stubborn wrinkles.
5.2 Steam Modes
The steamer offers two steam output modes:
- Normal Mode: Provides approximately 24g/minute of steam. Ideal for most fabrics and quick wrinkle removal.
- Eco Mode: Provides approximately 15g/minute of steam. Suitable for delicate fabrics or when less steam is needed, conserving water.
Use the mode switch button on the handle to toggle between Normal and Eco modes.
5.3 Sterilization Function
The high-temperature steam plate can sterilize various fabrics by over 99%. This is effective for items like knitwear, outerwear, sofas, cushions, children's clothing, and stuffed animals. Ensure the steam plate is applied directly to the fabric for effective sterilization.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Water Bottle
The water bottle is detachable and has a wide opening, making it easy to clean. Regularly rinse the bottle with clean water to prevent mineral buildup.
6.2 Descaling
Mineral deposits from tap water can accumulate over time and affect steamer performance. To descale, fill the water bottle with a mixture of white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water). Operate the steamer until the mixture is depleted. Then, fill with clean water and operate again to rinse out any vinegar residue. Perform descaling regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use. Refer to the full product manual for specific descaling instructions.
6.3 Storage
After use, ensure the steamer has cooled down completely and the water bottle is empty. Store the steamer in its dedicated pouch in a dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your steamer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No steam or weak steam | Water bottle is empty or low. Mineral buildup. | Refill the water bottle. Perform descaling as described in the Maintenance section. |
| Red indicator lamp lights up | Water level is low. | Refill the water bottle. |
| Steamer enters standby mode or turns off automatically | Safety auto-shutoff activated. | If no steam is sprayed for approximately 8 minutes, the steamer enters standby (red lamp blinks). After another 10 minutes in standby, it automatically powers off (lamp off). To resume, unplug and replug the unit, or press the power button if available. |
| Water leaking or spilling | Water bottle not securely attached. Overfilling. Mineral buildup causing blockages. | Ensure the water bottle is firmly attached. Do not overfill. Perform descaling. |
If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
