4. Setup and Assembly Instructions

4.2 Step-by-Step Assembly

1. Splice the Table Boards: Connect the three table board sections together using the provided dowels. Ensure they align correctly.
2. Fix Table Boards with Fasteners: Secure the spliced table boards using the metal fasteners (Part W) and screws. Pay attention to the pre-drilled holes; some holes may not require fasteners depending on the configuration.
3. Assemble the Legs: Connect the individual leg components to form the L-shaped base structures.
4. Assemble Part 3 with Table Legs: Attach the horizontal support bars (Part 3) to the table legs using the designated screws.
5. Assemble Part 5 on Upper Legs: Secure the upper leg support brackets (Part 5) to the top sections of the table legs. Distinguish between inside and outside orientations as indicated on the parts.
6. Attach Support Rod: Connect the support rod (Part 19) to the table leg (Part 13) as shown in the video.
7. Place Installed Legs on Table Board: Carefully position the assembled leg structures onto the underside of the table board, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes.
8. Connect Table Legs using Part 18: Use the long crossbar (Part 18) to connect the main table leg structures, ensuring stability.
9. Secure Table Board to Support Rod: Use the U-shaped brackets (Part U) to firmly secure the table board to the support rods.
10. Couple Drive Rod to Motorized Leg: Insert and secure the drive rod (Part 15) into the motorized leg mechanism.
11. Install Control Panel: Mount the control panel (Part 16) on the table underside adjacent to the motorized leg. Connect its cable to the motor.
12. Install Power Socket: Insert the built-in power socket into the designated cutout on the tabletop and secure it with screws.
13. Install Headphone Hooks: Attach the two headphone hooks to the underside of the desk.
14. Install Cable Management Basket: Mount the cable management basket to the underside of the desk.
15. Connect Cables: Connect all necessary power and control cables. Ensure they are neatly routed through the cable management system.
16. Turn Desk Over: NOTICE: For your safety, turn the table over with two people. Carefully flip the assembled desk upright.
