If you encounter issues with your Turtlebox Ranger, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Power:
Check the battery level. Ensure the speaker is charged. Verify that the power cable is securely connected during charging.
  • Cannot Pair Bluetooth:
Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing indicator light). Turn off and then on Bluetooth on your device. Move your device closer to the speaker. Disconnect the speaker from any other previously paired Bluetooth devices.
  • No Sound:
Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the Bluetooth connection is active. Try re-pairing the speaker to your device.
  • Distorted Sound:
Reduce the volume on both the speaker and your device. Ensure the speaker is not too far from the connected device and there are no significant obstructions.
