5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

5.3 Setting the Alarm Time

  1. Locate the ALARM SET knob on the back of the clock (usually the leftmost knob).
  2. Rotate this knob until the alarm hand points to your desired wake-up time.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

  • To activate the alarm, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch (located on the side) to the 'ON' position.
  • To deactivate the alarm, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch to the 'OFF' position.

6.2 Snooze and Light Function

  • When the alarm sounds, press the large button located on the top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 5 minutes.
  • Pressing the same top button will also illuminate the clock face for a few seconds, providing a temporary light to view the time in the dark.

6.3 Crescendo Alarm

The alarm features a crescendo function, meaning the alarm sound starts softly and gradually increases in volume to ensure a gentle wake-up that becomes more insistent if not turned off.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the battery when the clock starts losing time or the alarm sound weakens. Always use a fresh AA battery.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.

  • Clock not working / Hands not moving:
    - Check if the battery is inserted correctly with the correct polarity.
    - Replace with a new AA battery.
  • Alarm not sounding:
