Setup Instructions

1. Prepare the Pump Body: Before installing the suction pipe, use a small stick to poke the steel ball inside the lower pump body to ensure it moves freely.
2. Install Suction Pipe: Check that the sealing ring of the suction pipe is intact. Insert the suction pipe into the designated port on the sprayer unit. Secure it with the provided circlip.
3. Install Return Water Pipe: After the suction pipe is installed, connect the return water pipe to its port on the sprayer unit.
4. Attach Suction Disc: Install the suction disc onto the end of the suction pipe. This disc will sit at the bottom of your paint container.
5. Assemble Spray Gun and Extension Rod:
   • Attach the extension rod to the spray gun by twisting it on securely. Use a wrench to tighten if necessary.
   • Install the gun nozzle and the spray gun holder onto the other end of the extension rod. Ensure the nozzle is correctly seated within the holder.
6. Connect High-Pressure Hose:
   • Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the discharge part of the main sprayer unit. Tighten securely with a wrench.
   • Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the assembled spray gun. Ensure this connection is also tightened to prevent leaks.
