  • Always ensure the distiller is placed on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.

  • Do not operate the distiller if the power cord or plug is damaged.
  • The distiller features an automatic power-off function when the temperature is too high. Do not bypass this safety feature.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the distiller main unit on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Assemble Collection Container: Ensure the lid is securely placed on the water collection container.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the distiller and then into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Fill the Distiller: Remove the lid from the distiller. Fill the stainless steel boiling chamber with tap water up to the 'FULL' mark. Do not overfill.
  2. Replace Lid: Place the distiller lid securely back onto the main unit.
  3. Position Collection Container: Place the water collection container directly under the distiller's output nozzle.
  4. Start Distillation: Press the green 'START' button on the front of the unit. The distiller will begin the heating process.
  5. Automatic Shut-off: The distiller will automatically turn off once all the water has been distilled or if the temperature exceeds safe limits.
  6. Collect Distilled Water: Once the cycle is complete and the unit has cooled, carefully remove the collection container with distilled water.
  7. Stop Manually (Optional): To stop the distillation process at any time, press the red 'STOP' button.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your distiller.

  1. Daily Cleaning: After each use, unplug the unit and allow it to cool. Empty any remaining water from the boiling chamber. Rinse the chamber and the collection container with clean water.
  2. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (scale) may build up in the boiling chamber. To descale, fill the chamber with a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling solution. Let it soak for several hours or overnight. Gently scrub with a non-abrasive brush or cloth, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the distiller with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  4. Filter Replacement (if applicable): While this model primarily uses distillation, if any additional filters are used, refer to their specific replacement instructions.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Distiller does not turn on. No power supply; Power cord not properly connected. Check if the unit is plugged into a working outlet. Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the distiller and the outlet.
No distilled water produced. Boiling chamber empty; Lid not properly sealed; Unit not turned on. Ensure water is filled to the 'FULL' line. Check that the lid is securely in place. Press the green 'START' button.
Distiller stops prematurely. Automatic shut-off activated (water boiled dry or overheating). This is a normal safety feature. Allow the unit to cool down before refilling and restarting.
Slow distillation rate. Mineral buildup (scale) in the boiling chamber. Perform descaling as described in the Maintenance section.
