2. Package Contents

3. Setup and Assembly
Your INSDRGN C14 Electric Scooter is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps for the remaining assembly:
3.1. Kickstand Installation
Attach the kickstand to the designated mounting points on the scooter frame using the provided screws and hex key. Ensure it is tightened securely for stability.
3.2. Front Wheel Assembly
Carefully remove the protective packaging from the front wheel. Insert the front axle through the wheel and secure it to the front fork. Ensure the disc brake aligns correctly with the caliper. Tighten the nuts on both sides using the provided wrench.

3.3. Handlebar Installation
Loosen the gland screw of the folding riser to adjust the installation angle. Insert the handlebar into the riser. After adjusting the angle, tighten the gland screw. Release the self-locking clamp of the handlebar, adjust the handlebar to the desired position, and then tighten the clamp clockwise to a tight fit, and lock it.

3.4. Seat Installation
Insert the seat tube into the designated slot on the scooter frame. Adjust the seat height to your preference, ensuring the safety line on the seat tube is not exposed. Tighten the seat tube clamp securely.

3.5. Rear Basket Installation
Loosen the four screws on the rear rack. Place the rear basket onto the rack and align the screw holes. Tighten the four screws to secure the basket firmly.
3.6. Front Fender and Headlight Installation
Loosen the screw and washer of the front fender. Use the nut and washer to connect and secure the front fender and the headlight to the front fork. Ensure they are firmly attached.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Power On/Off
Insert the key into the ignition. Turn the key clockwise once to power on the E-bike. Turn it clockwise again to turn on the headlight. To power off, turn the key counter-clockwise.
4.2. Acceleration and Braking
Twist the right handlebar grip to accelerate. The scooter features dual disc brakes (front and rear) for responsive stopping power. Squeeze the brake levers on the handlebars to engage the brakes.

4.3. Phone Holder and USB Charging
The scooter is equipped with a phone holder on the handlebar. It also features a USB charging port to charge your mobile devices while riding. Simply plug your USB cable into the port.
4.4. Folding Mechanism

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting

- Brake Noise: Some initial brake rubbing might occur. Adjust the position of the brake caliper to ensure the disc is centered between the brake pads.
