Safety Information

Important: Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 17.6 pounds on the main desktop and 4.4 pounds on the upper shelf. Ensure the desk is stable and properly anchored when in use. Use the lockable casters to secure the desk on uneven or carpeted surfaces. Keep hands clear of moving parts during height and tilt adjustments.

Assembly Instructions

All necessary assembly tools are included in the package. Follow these steps or refer to the installation video for a quick assembly.

Step 1: Attach Casters to the Base

Turn the hex bolts with the provided wrench and screw the casters into the base. Ensure the hexagon nut is adjusted to its initial state before screwing in the caster. For correct installation, the hexagon nut should be fixed with a wrench after the caster is fully screwed in.

Step 2: Assemble the Column to the Base

Align the column with the base and secure it using the M6x40mm screws and the provided S=5mm wrench.

Step 3: Attach the Desktop to the Column

Align the desktop part holes with the column holes. Insert the M6x20mm screws into the two holes near the desktop for fixing, turning them about 3 turns without fully tightening. This leaves enough height for inserting the sheet metal. Insert the sheet metal into the groove, then tighten all screws to secure the desktop.

Step 4: Install the Height Adjustment Handle

Attach the height adjustment handle to the designated position on the column using the M5x12mm screws and the S=5mm wrench.

Step 5: Install the Upper Deskshelf

Position the upper deskshelf above the main desktop and secure it using the M5x12mm screws and the S=5mm wrench.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Height

The desk is equipped with hidden casters for easy movement on hard floors. For use on carpets or to secure the desk in a fixed position, replace the hidden casters with the included lockable casters. Engage the locks on the casters to prevent unintended movement.

Maintenance

To maintain your Liftsync Mobile Standing Desk, regularly wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight. If using lockable casters, ensure they are clean and free of debris for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting

  • Desk is wobbly: Ensure all assembly screws are tightened. If using casters, verify they are correctly installed and locked if necessary. For uneven ground, adjust the M8 Stem Caster (0.94" long) by fixing it with nuts to stabilize the desk.
  • Difficulty adjusting height: Check that the pneumatic lift handle is fully engaged. Ensure no obstructions are preventing smooth movement of the column.
  • Desktop not tilting smoothly: Verify the tilting handle is fully disengaged when adjusting. Check for any debris or obstructions in the tilting mechanism.
