Setup and Assembly

Attaching the Handle
- Locate the ergonomic push handle and the corresponding mounting holes on either side of the bottom cabinet.
- Align the handle with the desired mounting holes.
- Secure the handle using the provided hardware (screws/bolts). Ensure it is tightly fastened.

Attaching the Casters
- Carefully tilt the cabinet to access the bottom. It is recommended to have assistance for this step.
- Attach the 5-inch x 2-inch casters to the designated mounting points on the bottom of the cabinet using the provided hardware.
- Ensure all casters are securely fastened. Two of the casters typically include locking mechanisms.
- Return the cabinet to an upright position. Lock the casters to prevent movement during use.

Operation
Opening and Closing Drawers
- To open a drawer, pull the handle firmly. The ball-bearing slides will allow for smooth extension.
- To close a drawer, push it gently until the soft-closing mechanism engages, pulling the drawer fully shut. Avoid forcing drawers closed.
- Each drawer includes a pre-cut liner to protect tools and the drawer surface.
Using the Top Till and Power Strip
- Lift the lid of the top till. The gas struts will assist in holding it open.
- The integrated power strip inside the top till can be used to power or charge electronic devices and tools. Ensure the tool chest is connected to a power source.
- Close the lid gently when not in use.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the powder coat finish.
- Drawer Slides: Periodically inspect drawer slides for smooth operation. If necessary, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the ball bearings.
