Setup and Initial Use
Before your first use, ensure all components are present and in good condition. The cooler is ready for use directly out of the packaging.
Unpacking and Inspection:
- Remove the cooler from its packaging.
- Inspect the cooler for any signs of damage during transit.
- Verify the presence of all listed components: 2 bottle openers, 1 lockable lid, 1 drain plug, 2 cup holders, 2 wheels, and 1 handle.
Pre-Chilling (Recommended):
For optimal ice retention, it is recommended to pre-chill the cooler before loading it with contents. Place a bag of ice or ice packs inside the cooler for several hours prior to your trip. This lowers the internal temperature of the cooler walls, reducing ice melt once your main contents are added.

Operating Instructions
Loading Contents:
- Place items that need to stay coldest at the bottom.
- Fill any empty spaces with ice, ice packs, or crumpled newspaper to minimize air pockets and improve insulation.
- Ensure the lid gasket is clean and free of debris for a tight seal.
Securing the Lid:
The cooler features Sure-Lock rubber latches. To secure the lid, pull the rubber latches down and hook them onto the corresponding posts on the cooler body. Ensure both latches are firmly engaged to maintain the insulated seal.

Using the Wheels and Handle:
Extend the telescoping handle by pressing the release button and pulling upwards. The 10-inch never-flat wheels provide excellent ground clearance and traction, making it easy to pull the cooler over various terrains, including sand and uneven surfaces. When not in use, retract the handle for compact storage.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
- After each use, empty all contents and drain any remaining water.
- Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a mild soap and water solution.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the cooler to air dry completely with the lid open to prevent mold and mildew growth.
- For stubborn stains or odors, a solution of baking soda and water can be used.
Storage:
Store the cooler in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It is recommended to store the cooler with the lid slightly ajar to allow for air circulation and prevent odors.
