5. Setup and Assembly

6.1. Selecting Molds

The iBELL 1130NM comes with 6 essential molds to create various pasta and noodle types:

6.2. Making Pasta/Noodles

  1. After assembly and dough loading (as per Section 5), place a bowl or plate beneath the noodle mold.
  2. Press the FORWARD button on the control panel. The pushing rod will begin to extrude the dough through the selected mold.
  3. Once the desired length of pasta/noodles is extruded, press the CEASE button to stop the extrusion.
  4. Use the spatula to cut the noodles to your preferred length.
  5. To retract the pushing rod for cleaning or reloading, press the RETREAT button.

  5. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  6. Ensure all parts are dry before storing the appliance.
