4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Taking a Measurement
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface (avoid carpets).
- Step onto the scale with bare feet, ensuring your feet are in full contact with the 4 foot electrodes on the scale.
- Pick up the handle and hold it with both hands, ensuring your thumbs and fingers are in full contact with the 4 hand electrodes. Keep your arms straight, no more than 45 degrees from your body.
- Remain still until the measurement is complete and the readings stabilize on the display.
