Setup
1. Installing the Headset Unit:
- Choose a suitable location on the side of your helmet, typically on the left side, where the headset can be securely mounted without obstructing your vision or helmet functionality.
- Clean the helmet surface thoroughly where the mounting bracket will be attached.
- Attach the mounting bracket using either the clamp or adhesive method provided. Ensure it is firmly secured.
- Slide the Moman H4C unit onto the mounting bracket until it clicks into place.
2. Installing Speakers and Microphone:
- Open the helmet's inner lining to access the ear pockets.
- Place the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets, ensuring they are aligned with your ears for optimal sound. Use the provided adhesive pads if necessary to secure them.
- Route the microphone cable along the helmet's interior, positioning the microphone near your mouth, ideally within the chin bar area. Ensure it does not interfere with helmet closure or comfort.
- Connect the speaker and microphone cables to the corresponding ports on the Moman H4C unit.
- Tuck away any excess cables neatly within the helmet lining to prevent discomfort or entanglement.
3. Inserting the TF Card:
- Locate the TF card slot on the H4C unit.
- Insert the provided 32GB TF card (or your own up to 256GB) into the slot until it clicks. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
4. Initial Charging:
- Before first use, fully charge the device using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging interface on the H4C unit and a suitable USB power source.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The indicator light will change to show charging status.
Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:
- Power On: Press and hold the On/Off key for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on.
- Power Off: Press and hold the On/Off key for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
Bluetooth Pairing:
- With the device powered off, press and hold the On/Off key for about 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for "Moman H4C".
- Select "Moman H4C" to connect. Once paired, the indicator light will turn solid blue.
- To connect a second smartphone, repeat the pairing process. The H4C can connect to two devices simultaneously.
Music Playback:
- Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause key.
- Volume Up: Short press the Volume Up/Next song button.
- Volume Down: Short press the Volume Down/Previous button.
- Next Song: Long press the Volume Up/Next song button.
- Previous Song: Long press the Volume Down/Previous button.
Phone Calls:
- Answer Call: Short press the Answer key when an incoming call rings.
- End Call: Short press the Answer key during a call.
- Reject Call: Long press the Answer key when an incoming call rings.
- Redial Last Number: Double-press the Answer key.
- Automatic Answer: The device supports automatic answering of calls after a few rings. This feature can usually be toggled in the device settings via the app if available.
Camera Operation:
- Start Recording: Short press the Recording start/finish button. The indicator light will change to confirm recording has started.
- Stop Recording: Short press the Recording start/finish button again.
- Take Photo: Short press the Taking photo button.
- Wi-Fi On/Off: Long press the WIFI on/off button to activate the Wi-Fi hotspot for app connection.
AI Voice Assistant:
- Activate Voice Assistant: Short press the AI voice assistant button to wake up your smartphone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant). You can then issue commands hands-free.
"RoadCam" App Usage:
- Download the "RoadCam" app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Activate the H4C's Wi-Fi hotspot (long press WIFI on/off button).
- Connect your smartphone to the H4C's Wi-Fi network (usually named "Moman_H4C_XXXX").
- Open the "RoadCam" app to view live camera feed, browse recorded videos/photos, and download them to your phone.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the headset. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed before cleaning.
- Storage: Store the headset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use.
