Please read all instructions carefully before using your Ecozy Nugget Ice Maker. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the ice maker is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage (115 Volts). Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug.
- Water Quality: Use only potable water. For optimal performance and ice quality, purified or distilled water is recommended.
- Placement: Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and corrosive gases. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Children and Pets: Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets. Supervise children when the appliance is in use.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the ice maker before cleaning. Do not immerse the unit in water.
- Maintenance: Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the ice maker yourself. Contact qualified service personnel for repairs.
- Ventilation: Do not block any ventilation openings. Maintain at least 6 inches of space around the unit for proper airflow.

3. Product Overview
The Ecozy Nugget Ice Maker is designed to provide soft, chewable nugget ice quickly and conveniently. It features smart app control, voice operation, and a self-cleaning function.

4. Setup Guide
- Unpack: Carefully remove the ice maker and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any tape or protective materials.
- Placement: Place the unit upright on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space around the sides and back for proper ventilation. Avoid placing near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, it is recommended to clean the internal components.
- Open the lid and remove the ice basket.
- Clean the interior with a soft cloth and warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Drain any remaining water through the drain plug at the bottom.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Water Quality Test (with TDS Meter):
Use the included TDS meter to test your water quality. Lower TDS levels (below 50) are ideal for clearer ice, reduced scale buildup, and quieter operation.

- Fill Water Reservoir: Open the lid and pour potable water into the reservoir up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Power On: Plug the ice maker into a suitable electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Manual Operation
- Start Ice Making: Press the "Ice/Clean" button once. The indicator light will turn blue, and the ice-making process will begin. The first batch of ice typically takes about 6 minutes.
- Ice Full Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the "Ice Full" indicator light will illuminate, and the ice maker will automatically pause. Remove ice to resume operation.
- Add Water Indicator: If the water reservoir is low, the "Add Water" indicator light will illuminate. Add more water to the reservoir to continue ice production.
- Stop Ice Making: Press the "Ice/Clean" button again to stop the ice-making process.
5.2 Smart App Control (EcozyHome App)
The Ecozy Nugget Ice Maker can be controlled remotely via the EcozyHome App (supports 2.4GHz WiFi only).

- Download App: Search for "EcozyHome" in your smartphone's app store and download it.
- Pair Device: Follow the in-app instructions to pair your ice maker with your home WiFi network. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during pairing.
- Remote Control: Once paired, you can start, stop, or schedule ice-making from anywhere. The app also provides status alerts for water shortage or a full ice basket.
5.3 Voice Control (Alexa & Google Assistant)
Integrate your Ecozy Ice Maker with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for convenient voice commands.

- Enable Skill/Action: In your Alexa or Google Home app, search for and enable the "EcozyHome" skill or action.
- Link Account: Link your EcozyHome account within the smart assistant app.
- Voice Commands: Use commands such as "Alexa, turn on the ice maker" or "Hey Google, start ice making."
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures hygienic ice production and extends the lifespan of your ice maker.
6.1 One-Touch Self-Cleaning
The ice maker features a convenient self-cleaning function:

- Empty Unit: Ensure the ice basket is empty and the water reservoir is drained.
- Add Water: Fill the water reservoir with clean, purified water up to the MAX line.
- Start Self-Clean: Press and hold the "Ice/Clean" button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash, and the self-cleaning cycle will begin. This cycle typically takes about 20 minutes.
- Drain Water: Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the reservoir through the drain plug.
- Rinse: For best results, rinse the reservoir with fresh water and drain again.
6.2 General Cleaning Tips
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ice Basket & Scoop: Wash the ice basket and scoop with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before returning to the unit.
- Descaling: If hard water is used, mineral buildup (scale) may occur. Perform the self-cleaning cycle more frequently or use a descaling solution specifically designed for ice makers.
- Storage: If storing the ice maker for an extended period, drain all water, clean the unit thoroughly, and ensure it is completely dry before storing in a cool, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
