Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source. The dual LED screen on the charging case will display the battery levels for both the case and the earbuds.

2. Pairing with Your Device

Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has power.
Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
Search for available devices and select "S64" from the list.
Once connected, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device when taken out of the charging case for subsequent uses.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Earbuds

The TAGRY S64 headphones feature an open-ear design with adjustable earhooks for a secure and comfortable fit. Gently place the earhook over your ear, ensuring the speaker portion rests comfortably near your ear canal without blocking it. This design allows for environmental awareness.

Smart Touch Control

The earbuds are equipped with smart touch controls for easy management of audio playback and calls.

Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 3 seconds.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your headphones. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case. Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical sprays. Avoid getting moisture in any openings.

Storage

When not in use, store the headphones in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Water Resistance

Troubleshooting
