1. Introduction

4. Setup and Assembly

The VOCIC AX15 features an upgraded one-piece construction, simplifying assembly. The optimized feet do not require disassembly for storage.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.
  2. Base Deployment: The T-shaped carbon steel base is integrated. Ensure it is fully extended and locked into position for stability. The optimized feet are designed to fold and unfold easily.
  3. Cushion Placement: Place the memory foam cushion onto the seat of the lift.
  4. Hand Controller Connection: Connect the hand controller to the designated port on the lift. Ensure a secure connection.
  5. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the hand controller's battery using the provided charger. The indicator lights on the controller will show charging status.
  6. Pre-Use Check: Before allowing a user to sit on the lift, perform a test run of the up and down functions without a load to ensure smooth operation and proper assembly.

5. Operating Instructions

The VOCIC AX15 Electric Floor Lift is operated using a simple hand controller. Always ensure the user is positioned correctly and secured before operation.

5.1. Preparing for Use

5.2. Assisting a User from the Floor

  1. Positioning the User: Gently assist the user to sit on the lift's seat. Ensure they are centered and stable.
  2. Securing the User: Fasten the safety belts around the user's waist, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
  3. Operating the Lift: Using the hand controller, press the "UP" button. The lift will slowly and smoothly raise the user. Maintain visual contact with the user throughout the process.
  4. Transfer: Once the user is at a suitable height (e.g., chair height), assist them in transferring off the lift. Unfasten the safety belts only when the user is ready to transfer.
  5. Lowering the Lift: After the user has safely transferred, press the "DOWN" button on the hand controller to lower the lift back to its resting position.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your VOCIC AX15 Electric Floor Lift, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
