4. Setup

4.1. Physical Installation

1. Attach the weighted monitor clip to the center top of your monitor.
2. Place the YEELIGHT Monitor Light Bar onto the magnetic attachment point of the clip. Ensure the front light faces downwards towards your desk and the RGB backlight faces the wall behind your monitor.
3. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the light bar and the power adapter. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

4.2. Remote Control Setup

The remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included). To install, twist the bottom cover of the remote to open, insert the batteries, and reattach the cover. The remote is pre-paired with the light bar.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Remote Control

• Turn On/Off Front Light: Press the remote button once.
• Turn On/Off Backlight: Long press the remote button.
• Adjust Brightness: Rotate the remote knob clockwise to increase brightness, counter-clockwise to decrease brightness.
• Adjust Color Temperature (Front Light): While the front light is on, press and turn the remote knob simultaneously. Rotate counter-clockwise for warmer tones, clockwise for cooler tones.
• Change Backlight Modes: Double-click the remote button to cycle through preset RGB backlight modes.

5.2. Smart Control & App Integration

The YEELIGHT Monitor Light Bar LibraPro can be controlled via the MIJIA/YEELIGHT mobile application (requires 2.4GHz WiFi network) or through voice commands using Alexa or Google Assistant. It also supports Razer Chroma and Overwolf for dynamic, game-synced lighting effects.

• MIJIA/YEELIGHT App: Download the official MIJIA or YEELIGHT app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your light bar to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. The app allows for granular control over brightness, color temperature, RGB colors, and various lighting effects.
• Voice Control: Link your YEELIGHT account with Alexa or Google Assistant through their respective apps to enable voice commands for turning the light on/off, adjusting brightness, and changing colors.
• Razer Chroma & Overwolf: For an immersive gaming experience, integrate your light bar with Razer Chroma RGB and Overwolf. This allows the backlight to react in real-time to your gameplay, creating dynamic lighting effects.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the light bar and remote control. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the light bar in a cool, dry place.
• Power: Always use the provided power adapter and USB-C cable to ensure optimal performance and safety.

7. Troubleshooting

• Light bar not turning on: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the light bar and the power adapter, and that the adapter is plugged into a working outlet.
• Remote control not responding: Check if the AAA batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Re-pairing may be necessary if the connection is lost.
• App connectivity issues: Ensure your mobile device and the light bar are connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If issues persist, try resetting the device by unplugging and replugging it several times until the front light pulses, then attempt pairing again via the app.
• No LAN control: This device does not support local area network (LAN) control, limiting direct third-party integrations or custom screen capture syncing.
• Razer Chroma integration not working: Verify that Razer Synapse 3 is installed and updated, and that the YEELIGHT light bar is correctly configured within Chroma Studio. Ensure both devices are on the same network.
