Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your unit:
- Filter Cleaning: The air conditioner filter is removable and washable. Clean the filter regularly to maintain cooling efficiency. Refer to the user manual for specific cleaning instructions.
- Water Drainage: When operating in dehumidifier mode, water will collect inside the unit. The unit has a self-evaporative system, but for continuous dehumidification or when the 'Water Full' indicator lights up, manual drainage is required. Connect the provided drain hose to the drainage port on the back of the unit and direct it to a suitable container or drain.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your unit, consider the following common solutions:
- Unit not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the 'Water Full' indicator is lit, requiring drainage.
- Insufficient cooling: Verify that the exhaust hose is properly installed and sealed in the window kit. Clean the air filter if it's dirty. Ensure the room size is within the unit's cooling capacity (up to 350 sq.ft).
- Excessive noise: Check if the unit is on a flat, stable surface. Ensure no objects are obstructing the air intake or exhaust vents.
- Water leakage: Confirm the drain plug is securely in place if not using continuous drainage. If using continuous drainage, ensure the drain hose is not kinked or blocked.
For persistent issues, please refer to the detailed troubleshooting section in your user manual or contact customer support.
