5. Operating Instructions

Operating your EVERCROSS BOT U8 is simple and straightforward.

5.1 Starting the Cleaner

1. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the cleaner for a few seconds until the indicator lights turn on.
2. Select Cleaning Mode:
   • Bottom Mode: For cleaning the pool floor only.
   • Wall Mode: For cleaning pool walls.
   • Waterline Mode: For cleaning the pool's waterline.

5.2 Cleaning Process

The U8 robot utilizes intelligent path planning to ensure efficient coverage of your pool. It will navigate systematically to clean the selected areas.

5.3 Retrieving the Cleaner

When the cleaning cycle is complete or the battery is low, the robot will automatically dock itself near the edge of the pool for easy retrieval.

1. Automatic Docking: The robot will move to the nearest pool edge.
2. Use Retrieval Hook: Use the provided retrieval hook to gently pull the cleaner out of the water.

3. Power Off: Once out of the water, press and hold the power button to turn off the cleaner.

6.1 Cleaning the Filter Basket
