Setup and Installation

Step 1: Determine Wall Type and Stud Spacing

This mount is compatible with 12" or 16" wood studs, concrete, or brick walls. Do not install on drywall alone. For 24" wood studs, a Perlegear PGUE1 TV Wall Mount Extension Bracket (sold separately) is required.

It shows the mount installed on wood studs (max 16 inches apart), and also indicates compatibility with brick and concrete walls. A clear warning states, "Don't install on the drywall alone." Below, it specifies VESA patterns from 100x100mm to 400x400mm for 32"-65" TVs.

A note advises using a stud finder and reiterates not to install on drywall alone.

Step 2: Attach TV Brackets to TV

Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface. Identify the correct screws, washers, and spacers for your TV's VESA mounting holes. Attach the TV brackets to the back of your TV, ensuring they are securely fastened and level.

The TV brackets offer 3 height settings, allowing you to adjust the TV's vertical position for optimal viewing comfort.

Step 3: Mount Wall Plate to Wall

Using the included wall drilling template and a spirit level, mark the drilling locations on your wall. Drill pilot holes according to the instructions for your wall type (wood stud, concrete, or brick). Securely fasten the wall plate assembly to the wall using the appropriate lag bolts and washers.

The preassembled arms simplify the installation process, and post-installation leveling allows for fine-tuning of +/-4°.

Step 4: Hang TV onto Wall Plate

With assistance, carefully lift the TV (with attached brackets) and hook it onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the mount. Tighten any safety screws or locking mechanisms to prevent accidental dislodgement.

Operating Instructions

The mount features a tool-free tilt adjustment. You can tilt your TV 5° up or 15° down to reduce glare and achieve the best viewing angle. Simply loosen the tilt-lock knob, adjust the TV to your desired angle, and then tighten the knob to secure it.
