3. Setup
- Prepare the Unit: Ensure the steam cleaner is unplugged and cool. Unscrew the safety cap by pressing down and turning counter-clockwise.
- Fill Water Tank: Use the provided measuring cup and funnel to fill the water tank with up to 12.7 oz (375 ml) of clean tap water. Do not overfill the 16 oz tank. Distilled water is recommended to minimize mineral buildup.
- Add Detergent (Optional): If desired, add your preferred cleaning solution to the built-in detergent container. Refer to the detergent manufacturer's instructions for dilution.
- Secure Safety Cap: Replace the safety cap by pressing down and turning clockwise until it is securely tightened.
- Attach Accessories: Select the appropriate cleaning accessory for your task and securely attach it to the nozzle.

4. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Plug the steam cleaner into a standard electrical outlet. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the unit is heating.
- Heating Time: The unit will heat water to 230°F in approximately 3-5 minutes. The indicator light will turn off when the optimal temperature is reached and the unit is ready for use.
- Steam Release:
- Manual Steam: Press and hold the steam trigger to release steam. Release the trigger to stop steaming.
- Continuous Steam Lock: For extended cleaning, engage the continuous steam lock feature. Push the lock key to the "LOCK" position to maintain steam flow without holding the trigger. Push to "OPEN" to disengage.
- Cleaning: Direct the steam nozzle towards the surface to be cleaned. Move the unit slowly over the area to allow the steam to penetrate and loosen dirt. For tough stains, use appropriate brush attachments.
- Detergent Dispensing: If detergent was added during setup, it will be dispensed along with the steam.
- Power Off: When finished, release the steam trigger (if using continuous lock), then unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.

5. Maintenance
