Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the GrillBliss thermometer base and probes. The 2500mAh lithium battery in the base provides over 55 hours of continuous use after a full charge. Each probe charges in approximately 25 minutes, offering up to 25 hours of cooking support. Use the provided Type-C cable to connect the charging base to a power source.

2. App Installation

Download the 'RoastTrack' app from your smartphone's app store (available for iOS and Android). Search for 'RoastTrack' and follow the on-screen instructions to install.

3. Connectivity (Bluetooth & Wi-Fi)

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the RoastTrack app. The device will automatically attempt to connect via Bluetooth 5.4. For extended range and remote monitoring, connect the device to your home Wi-Fi network (supports 5G and 2.4G Wi-Fi). Follow the in-app prompts to configure Wi-Fi settings. The device stores 80 minutes of offline data, which automatically syncs to the app upon reconnecting to Wi-Fi.

Insert the desired probe (long or short) into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding bones. The precise sensors support food temperatures from -10°C to 100°C (14°F to 212°F) and ambient temperatures from 0°C to 300°C (32°F to 572°F) with an accuracy of ±1°C/±1.8°F.
