Getting Started
1. Inserting the SIM Card and Battery
- Carefully remove the back cover of the phone.
- Insert your Nano SIM card into the designated slot. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards and the card is correctly oriented.
- Insert the battery into its compartment, aligning the contacts.
- Replace the back cover until it clicks securely into place.
2. Charging the Phone
Before first use, fully charge the phone battery.
- Connect the power adapter to the charging station.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- Place the Gigaset GL395 phone into the charging station. The charging indicator on the phone display will show the charging status.
3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the red End Call/Power button until the power-off options appear, then confirm.

Making and Receiving Calls

The phone includes three direct dial buttons (A, B, C) that can be assigned to frequently called contacts for quick access. You can also manage a 'trusted list' of contacts and a 'block list' to prevent unwanted calls.
- Assign Direct Dial: Go to the phone's settings or contacts menu to assign a contact to buttons A, B, or C.
- Trusted Contacts: Add important contacts to your trusted list to ensure their calls are always received.
- Block List: Add unwanted numbers to the block list to prevent them from calling you.
Flashlight Function
The Gigaset GL395 includes a built-in flashlight. To activate or deactivate it, use the dedicated flashlight button located on the side of the phone.
