4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Batteries

Before first use, fully charge both 21V 4000 mAh Lithium-Ion batteries. Connect the charger to a standard power outlet and then to the barrel connector on each battery. The charging indicator on the battery will show its status. A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours per battery.

4.2 Installing the Battery

1. Open the dual-lock battery compartment on the top of the pump by pulling down the orange latch and pressing the release button.
2. Insert a charged 21V 4000 mAh battery into the compartment. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
3. Close the battery compartment lid and engage both the primary rubber gasket and the secondary mechanical latch for a watertight seal.

4.3 Attaching the Hose

1. Locate the 3/4" threaded outlet on the side of the pump.
2. Connect the provided 6.56 ft anti-kink PPC hose using its quick-connect fittings. Alternatively, a standard garden hose can be threaded onto the outlet.
