Setup

1. Charging the Battery

The radio is powered by an 1800mAh low-temperature tolerant battery. Before first use, fully charge the radio.

  1. Connect the provided charging line to the Type-C port on the side of the radio.
  2. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. The charging indicator on the radio will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours with the included 5V, 2000mA adapter.

2. Attaching the Belt Clip

Secure the belt clip to the back of the radio for convenient carrying.

3. Connecting the Smart Mic

The Smart Mic connects to the radio via a dedicated port, allowing for remote control and enhanced audio.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press and hold the Power button on the radio unit to turn it on or off.

Channel Selection

The EZtalk 2S supports 30 GMRS channels. Use the channel knob on the Smart Mic or the Up/Down buttons on the radio to select your desired channel.

Volume Adjustment

Rotate the volume knob on the Smart Mic to increase or decrease the listening volume. Alternatively, use the radio's built-in volume controls if operating without the Smart Mic.
