3. Setup and Installation
This ceiling fan is designed for self-installation with detailed instructions provided in the included manual. Below is a general overview of the installation process.
- Power Disconnection: Turn off power at the circuit breaker before starting.
- Mounting Bracket Installation: Secure the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Ensure it is firmly attached to a structural support capable of holding the fan's weight.
- Down Rod Selection: Choose the appropriate down rod length (4-inch or 8-inch) for your ceiling height. The fan is suitable for low, high, and sloping ceilings (up to 15 degrees).
- Wiring: Connect the fan's electrical wires to the household wiring according to the wiring diagram in the detailed manual. Use appropriate wire nuts.
- Fan Assembly: Attach the fan motor assembly to the down rod and then to the mounting bracket.
- Bulb Installation: Install four E26 base bulbs (not included) into the sockets.
- Power Restoration: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.

4. Operating Instructions
The LEDIARY Fandelier is operated using the included remote control. Ensure the 2 AAA batteries are correctly installed in the remote.
- Power On/Off: Use the 'ON/OFF' button for lights and 'FAN OFF' for the fan.
- Fan Speed Adjustment: Select from 6 different wind speeds using the numbered buttons (1-6) on the remote.
- Seasonal Modes (Forward/Reverse):
- Summer Mode (Forward): Press the 'F' button. The fan blades rotate counter-clockwise, pushing cool air downwards.
- Winter Mode (Reverse): Press the 'R' button. The fan blades rotate clockwise, drawing cool air up and pushing warm air down to improve heat circulation.
- Timer Function: Set the fan to automatically turn off after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours using the '1H', '2H', '4H', '8H' buttons.
- Beep Sound Control: The remote includes a button to eliminate the beeping sound for quiet operation.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the fan, ensure power is off. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the metal cage and fan blades. The design allows for easy access to the blades for cleaning. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
- Bulb Replacement: Turn off power before replacing bulbs. This fan uses E26 standard base bulbs. Replace with bulbs of the same type and wattage (max 60W incandescent or 10W LED).
- General Inspection: Periodically check all connections and screws to ensure they are secure.
