5. Setup

Before first use, ensure the unit is fully charged. Unpack the power station and its accessories. Place the unit on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation.

5.1 Initial Charging

Connect the AC power cord to the AC input port on the power station and then to a wall outlet. The display will show the charging status. The unit can be fully charged in approximately 1.6 hours using AC input.

5.2 App Installation (Optional)

For remote control and monitoring, download the OUKITEL app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your P2400 via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the main power button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off. The display will illuminate when the unit is on.

6.2 Charging the Power Station

  • AC Charging: Connect the AC power cord to the AC input port. The unit supports up to 1800W AC input, allowing for a 0-80% charge in approximately 1 hour. You can adjust the AC input power (400W/800W/1200W/1800W) using the knob on the front panel or via the app to prevent overloading circuits.
  • Solar Charging: Connect solar panels (up to 500W max) to the PV input port using the XT60 to MC4 cable. The integrated MPPT controller optimizes solar charging efficiency.
  • Car Charging: Connect the XT60 to car charger cable to your vehicle's 12V/24V cigarette lighter socket.

6.3 Using Output Ports

Press the respective button (AC, DC, USB) to activate the desired output ports. The display will show the output wattage.

  • AC Output: Ideal for household appliances, power tools, and other high-power devices up to 2400W.
  • USB Output: Use USB-A and USB-C ports for charging smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other USB-powered devices.
  • DC Output & Cigarette Lighter: Suitable for car refrigerators, portable air pumps, and other 12V DC devices.

6.4 UPS Function

The P2400 features an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) function. When connected to an AC wall outlet and simultaneously powering devices, it can automatically switch to battery power in approximately 0.01 seconds during a power outage. This protects sensitive electronics like computers from data loss or damage. Note that in UPS mode, the maximum output supported is 1400W.

6.5 APP Remote Control

The OUKITEL app allows you to monitor the power station's status, control output ports, adjust charging parameters, and set timers remotely. Ensure Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is enabled on your smartphone and the power station for connection.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Storage: If storing for extended periods, charge the unit to 50-80% every 3-6 months to prolong battery life. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Battery Life: The LiFePO4 battery is designed for over 3500 charge cycles, maintaining 80% capacity after 10 years of use.
