2. Safety Instructions

5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your iMounTEK Electric Massage Mat:

1. Unpack all components from the storage bag.
2. Lay the main massage mat flat on a bed, couch, recliner, or floor.
3. Attach the detachable neck massager to the top section of the main mat using the integrated fasteners.
4. Attach the detachable head pillow to the neck massager.
5. Attach the detachable foot massager to the bottom section of the main mat.
6. Connect the cables from the neck massager and foot massager to the corresponding ports on the main mat's wired controller cable.
7. Connect the power adapter to the main mat's wired controller cable.
8. Plug the power adapter into a standard 100-240V AC electrical outlet.
9. For the inflatable lumbar pillow, use the manual inflating pump to adjust its height to fit your body's curve for optimal lumbar support.

6. Operating Instructions

Operate your massage mat using the wired controller. Familiarize yourself with the various functions:

6.1 Main Massage Mat Operation

The main mat provides full body vibration massage and lumbar heating.

• Power Button: Press to turn the mat ON/OFF.
• Mode Selection: Cycle through 9 designated vibration modes and 9 point-selection vibration modes.
• Intensity Control: Adjust the vibration intensity across 9 levels.
• Speed Control: Adjust the vibration speed across 9 levels.
• Heating Function: Activate or deactivate the 3-level heating function for the lumbar zone.
• Timer Settings: Select auto (10 minutes), 20 minutes, or 30 minutes for the massage duration. The mat will automatically shut off after the selected time.

6.2 Detachable Neck Massager Operation

The neck massager provides kneading massage and heat therapy for the neck area.

• Power Button: Turn the neck massager ON/OFF.
• Direction Control: Switch between positive and negative kneading directions.
• Speed Selection: Choose from 3 kneading speeds.
• Heating Function: Activate or deactivate the infrared heating for the neck.
• Smart Modes: Select from 3 smart kneading patterns (intermittent positive, intermittent negative, continuous).
• Auto-Off Timer: The neck massager has a 15-minute auto-off timer.

6.3 Detachable Foot Massager Operation

The foot massager provides kneading massage and heat therapy for the feet, calves, or thighs.

• Power Button: Turn the foot massager ON/OFF.
• Direction Control: Switch between positive and negative kneading directions.
• Speed Selection: Choose from 3 kneading speeds.
• Heating Function: Activate or deactivate the heating for the foot/calf area.
• Auto-Off Timer: The foot massager has a 15-minute auto-off timer.

6.4 Heat Therapy Function

The massage mat, neck massager, and foot massager all feature independent heating functions to enhance relaxation and promote blood circulation.

• Activate the heat function using the dedicated button on the wired controller for the main mat, and on the respective units for the neck and foot massagers.
• The main mat offers 3-level heating for the lumbar zone.
• The neck and foot massagers provide infrared heating.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning
