3. Setup and Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the desk on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Foot Pads to Legs: Secure the foot pads to the bottom of each desk leg using the provided screws.
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the crossbar/frame components to the desk legs. Ensure all connections are tight and stable.
- Mount Desktop Panels: Place the desktop panels onto the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure the panels with screws. Ensure the two desktop sections are flush.
- Install Control Panel: Attach the control panel to the underside of the desktop, typically on the front edge, using the designated screws.
- Connect Wiring: Connect the motor cables from the legs to the control box, and then connect the control panel cable to the control box. Finally, connect the power adapter to the control box.
- Attach Keyboard Tray: Assemble the keyboard tray brackets and attach them to the underside of the desktop. Slide the keyboard tray into the installed brackets.
- Install Headphone Hook: Secure the headphone hook to the desired location on the side of the desk.
- Cable Management: Use the provided cable management clips to organize and secure all cables, preventing them from dangling or getting caught during height adjustments.
4. Operating Instructions
The TIQLAB Electric Standing Desk features an intuitive control panel for easy height adjustment and memory functions.

4.1 Control Panel Functions
- Up/Down Arrows (↑ / ↓): Press and hold to adjust the desk height upwards or downwards. Release the button to stop at the desired height.
- LED Screen Display: Shows the current desk height in inches.
- Memory Presets (1, 2):
- To Save a Height: Adjust the desk to your desired height using the up/down arrows. Press the 'M' button, then press either '1' or '2' within 3 seconds. The LED display will show 'S-1' or 'S-2' to confirm the height is saved.
- To Recall a Height: Press the '1' or '2' button. The desk will automatically move to the saved height.
- Anti-Collision Technology: The desk is equipped with an anti-collision feature. If the desk encounters an obstacle during height adjustment, it will automatically stop and reverse slightly to prevent damage.
