  5. Plug the control unit into a grounded electrical outlet.

3.3 App Connection (Optional)

For remote control and advanced features, download the official BWT app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your BWT ES 800 Pool Robot with your smartphone or tablet.

  2. On the control unit, select your desired cleaning cycle duration: 1.5 hours, 2.0 hours, or 2.5 hours.
  3. Press the START button. The robot will begin its cleaning cycle, automatically navigating the pool floor, walls, and waterline.

4.2 Stopping a Cleaning Cycle

The robot will automatically stop at the end of its programmed cycle. To stop it manually, press the STOP button on the control unit or via the app.

4.3 Removing the Robot from the Pool

  1. Disconnect the control unit from the power outlet.
  2. Gently pull the floating cable to bring the robot to the edge of the pool.
  3. Use the handle on the robot to lift it out of the water. Allow excess water to drain from the unit.
  4. Do not pull the robot out of the water by its cable.

5.2 Brush Inspection

Periodically inspect the PVC brushes for wear or damage. Replace them if they show significant signs of deterioration to maintain effective cleaning.
