6. Troubleshooting Guide

If you encounter any issues with your FLOWBREEZE DT3 Evaporative Air Cooler, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit does not power on. No power supply; Power cord not properly connected. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the power switch.
No noticeable cooling effect. Water tank is empty; Ice packs are not frozen or not used; Ambient humidity is too high. Fill the water tank. Ensure ice packs are frozen and placed in the tank. Evaporative coolers are less effective in high humidity.
Water leakage from the unit. Water tank overfilled; Water tank not properly seated; Unit is tilted or on an uneven surface. Do not overfill the water tank. Ensure the water tank is securely pushed into place. Place the unit on a stable, level surface. If leakage persists, discontinue use and contact support.
Unit makes unusual noise during oscillation. Obstruction in oscillation mechanism; Unit not on a level surface. Check for any obstructions around the base. Ensure the unit is on a flat, stable surface. If noise continues, contact support.
Remote control not working. Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted; Obstruction between remote and unit. Replace batteries with new ones, ensuring correct polarity. Remove any obstructions. Ensure you are within range.

If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
