Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your INTERGREAT MSC-D18 metal storage cabinet. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Step 1: Prepare the Base Panels

Lay out the base panels (C and D) on a clean, flat surface. Attach the connecting rails using the provided screws (S) and nuts (T).

Step 2: Attach Side Panels

Connect the side panels (A and B) to the base assembly. Secure them with screws (R).

Step 3: Install Top and Back Panels

Attach the top panel (K) and back panel (G) to form the main frame. Use screws (R) to secure these components.

Step 4: Install Caster Wheels

Attach the directional wheels (O) and brake wheels (P) to the bottom of the cabinet using screws (U). Ensure brake wheels are positioned for easy access.

Step 5: Insert Shelf Clips and Shelves

Insert the shelf clips (V) into the desired slots on the cabinet's interior. Place the adjustable shelves (J) onto the clips.

Step 6: Attach Doors

Install the door hinges (W) and attach the cabinet doors (E and F). Ensure the doors align properly and swing freely.

Step 7: Install Handles and Magnetic Clips

Attach the handles to the doors using the provided screws. Fix the magnetic clips (X) to the top and bottom of the cabinet frame to secure the doors when closed.

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Shelves

To adjust the height of the shelves, remove any items from the shelf. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the shelf clips from their current slots. Reinsert the clips into the desired slots at the new height, ensuring they are level and secure. Place the shelf back onto the clips.

Locking and Unlocking

To lock the cabinet, ensure both doors are fully closed. Insert the key into the lock on the right door and turn it to engage the 3-point locking mechanism. To unlock, insert the key and turn it to disengage the lock, then open the doors.
