This instruction manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your Vileda H2prO Flat Mop and Bucket Set. The system features a dual-tank design for separating clean and dirty water, ensuring a hygienic cleaning experience. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and retain it for future reference.

The Vileda H2prO Flat Mop and Bucket Set includes the following components:

Setup Instructions
- Assemble the Handle: Connect the three sections of the handle by twisting them together until secure. Attach the assembled handle to the mop head base. The handle can be adjusted up to 56 inches for comfortable use.

- Attach the Mop Head: Secure the microfiber mop pad to the mop head base using the Velcro fasteners. Ensure it is firmly attached.

- Fill the Water Tank: Detach the water tank from the bucket. Fill the tank with water up to the "MAX" line.

- Add Cleaner (Optional): If desired, add up to 2 teaspoons of your preferred floor cleaner to the water tank. Do not use PACS with this system. Reattach the filled water tank to the bucket.

Operating Instructions
- Wet the Mop Pad: Insert the mop head into the designated "WET" slot in the bucket. Press down firmly to activate the powerful water jets, which will evenly saturate the mop pad with clean water or cleaning solution.

- Wring the Mop Pad: Move the mop head to the "WRING" slot. Press down to squeeze out excess water and collect dirty water into the separate dirty water compartment. Repeat this step if a drier mop pad is desired.

- Mop the Floor: Use the mop to clean your floors. The extra-wide mop head (4.33 in. x 15.95 in.) covers more area efficiently. For best results and stability, use the integrated foot pad on the bucket to hold it steady while wetting and wringing.

- Versatile Cleaning: The Vileda H2prO is suitable for all sealed floor types, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and ceramic. Its slim profile and adjustable handle allow for cleaning under furniture, in tight spaces, and even high areas like walls and baseboards.

Maintenance
- Empty and Clean the Bucket: After each use, detach the water tank and carefully empty the dirty water from its compartment. Rinse both compartments with clean water. The compact design allows for easy carrying and storage.

- Wash the Mop Head: The microfiber mop pad is machine washable. Remove it from the mop head and wash with similar colors. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

- Dry the Mop Head: After washing, lay the mop pad flat to air dry. Do not tumble dry.

- Mop Head Replacement: For optimal cleaning performance, it is recommended to replace the mop head every 6 months or as needed, depending on usage.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Vileda H2prO Flat Mop and Bucket Set, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Mop pad not getting wet enough: Ensure the water tank is filled above the minimum level. Press down firmly on the mop head in the "WET" slot to activate the water jets.
- Mop pad too wet after wringing: Press down more firmly and for a longer duration in the "WRING" slot. Repeat the wringing process if necessary.
- Difficulty attaching/detaching mop head: Ensure the Velcro fasteners are clean and free of debris. Align the mop pad correctly before pressing it onto the base.
- Water leakage: Check that the detachable water tank is securely seated in the bucket and that all components are properly assembled.
