3. Setup

1. Unpack the Appliance: Carefully remove the steam iron and all accessories from the packaging. Check for any damage.
2. Fill the Water Tank: Ensure the appliance is unplugged. Open the water tank cap and fill the tank with distilled or demineralized water up to the maximum fill line. Do not use tap water if it is hard, as this can lead to mineral buildup. Close the cap securely.
3. Attach Accessories (Optional): If desired, attach the silicone brush or lint remover accessory to the steam head. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.
4. Plug In: Insert the power plug into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

1. Power On and Heat Up: Press the power button. The indicator light will flash, indicating the iron is heating up. The appliance will be ready for use in approximately 30 seconds when the light stops flashing and remains solid.
2. Select Steam Mode: The IronHero V-1500 Essential offers two continuous steam modes. Press the steam button to cycle through the modes and select the appropriate steam level for your fabric.
3. Steaming Garments: Hang the garment on a hanger. Hold the steam iron vertically, keeping the soleplate a few centimeters away from the fabric. Press and hold the steam trigger to release steam. Move the iron slowly over the garment, from top to bottom, to remove wrinkles.

• For delicate fabrics, maintain a greater distance or use the lower steam setting.
• For heavier fabrics, you may use the higher steam setting and apply the brush attachment to help penetrate the fibers.

4. Disinfection and Deodorization: The steam can also be used to disinfect and deodorize fabrics. Hold the steam iron over the desired area for a few seconds.
5. After Use: Press the power button to turn off the appliance. Unplug it from the power outlet. Allow the iron to cool down completely before emptying the water tank and storing.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your steam iron.

• Empty Water Tank: After each use, ensure the appliance is cool and unplugged. Empty any remaining water from the tank to prevent mineral buildup.
• Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the iron with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
