6. Operating and Adjustments
The gas spring arms allow for smooth and flexible positioning of your monitors. Adjustments can be made to achieve an ergonomic setup.
6.1 Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
After mounting your monitors, you may need to adjust the gas spring tension to ensure the monitors hold their position. Use the provided Allen key to turn the adjustment screw on the arm:

- Turn counter-clockwise (-) to decrease tension for lighter monitors.
Adjust until the monitor stays at the desired height when released.
6.2 Monitor Positioning
- Height Adjustment: Lift or lower the monitor arms to your preferred viewing height (up to 440 mm).
- Tilt: Adjust the monitor screen vertically from +70° to -45° to reduce glare and optimize viewing angle.
- Swivel: Rotate the monitor horizontally from +90° to -90° to share your screen or change viewing direction.
- Rotation: Rotate the monitor +180° to -180° to switch between landscape and portrait orientation.
- Extension: Extend or retract the arms up to 490 mm to adjust the distance from your eyes.

8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Monitor sags or does not stay at desired height. | Gas spring tension is too low for monitor weight. | Increase gas spring tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise (+). |
| Monitor floats up or is difficult to push down. | Gas spring tension is too high for monitor weight. | Decrease gas spring tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise (-). |
| Mount feels wobbly or unstable. | Desk clamp/grommet mount is not securely tightened. | Re-tighten the desk clamp or grommet bolt. Ensure the desk surface is sturdy. |
| Monitor cannot be tilted or rotated. | Pivot points are too tight. | Loosen the pivot point screws slightly with the appropriate Allen key. |
