1. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons, including the following:
- Read all instructions before operating the slow cooker.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the base unit, cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to 'OFF', then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding cold food to a heated pot.

3. Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the slow cooker for any damage.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the removable ceramic pot, glass lid, and silicone liners in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The slow cooker base can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
- Assembly: Place the clean ceramic pot into the slow cooker base. If using, insert the silicone liners into the ceramic pot. Place the glass lid on top of the ceramic pot.
- Placement: Position the slow cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets to allow for proper ventilation.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The digital control panel allows for precise setting of cooking time and temperature.

4.2 Basic Operation
- Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the ceramic pot. If cooking two separate dishes, insert the silicone liners before adding food.
- Secure Lid: Place the glass lid on the ceramic pot. The lid locks can be used for secure transport, but are not necessary during cooking.
- Power On: Plug the slow cooker into a 120V AC electrical outlet. Press the 'POWER' button to turn on the unit.
- Select Mode: Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through the cooking settings: 'LOW', 'HIGH', or 'WARM'. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Time: Use the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons to adjust the cooking duration. The programmable timer ranges from 30 minutes to 20 hours.
- Start Cooking: The slow cooker will begin cooking automatically after the time and mode are set.
- Automatic Warm: Once the set cooking time is complete, the slow cooker will automatically switch to the 'WARM' setting to keep your food at a serving temperature without overcooking.
4.3 Delay Start Function
The 'DELAY START' feature allows you to program the slow cooker to begin cooking at a later time.
- Prepare Ingredients: Add all ingredients to the ceramic pot and secure the lid.
- Set Cooking Parameters: Select your desired 'MODE' (LOW or HIGH) and 'TIME' for cooking.
- Activate Delay Start: Press the 'DELAY START' button. The display will show a flashing time.
- Set Delay Time: Use the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons to set the desired delay period (e.g., 4 hours). The slow cooker will start cooking after this delay.
- Confirm: The slow cooker will count down the delay time, then automatically switch to the set cooking mode and time.

4.4 Using 2-in-1 Silicone Liners
The included silicone liners allow you to cook two distinct dishes simultaneously within the same slow cooker.
- Insert Liners: Place the silicone liners into the ceramic pot, ensuring they fit snugly.
- Add Ingredients: Add different ingredients to each section of the silicone liner.
- Cook as Usual: Follow the basic operating instructions to set the cooking mode and time. Ensure both dishes require similar cooking temperatures and times for best results.

4.5 Cooking Time and Temperature Guidelines

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and performance of your slow cooker.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the slow cooker from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Dishwasher Safe Parts: The removable ceramic pot, glass lid, and silicone liners are all dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack for best results.
- Hand Washing: For hand washing, use warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly.
- Cleaning the Base: Wipe the exterior of the slow cooker base with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing. Store the slow cooker with the lid inverted on the ceramic pot to prevent odors and allow air circulation.

6. Troubleshooting
