Operating Instructions

Switching Spray Modes

The Veken shower system offers three distinct spray modes: Rainfall, Handheld Spray, and a Dual mode combining both. Use the easy control switcher located on the tri-arm extension to select your desired mode.

  • Rainfall Mode: Turn the switcher to activate only the 10-inch rain shower head for a wide, gentle rainfall experience.
  • Handheld Spray Mode: Turn the switcher to activate only the handheld shower head for targeted rinsing or cleaning.
  • Dual Mode: Position the switcher to allow water flow from both the rain shower head and the handheld spray simultaneously.

Using the Handheld Spray

The handheld shower head can be easily removed from its bracket on the slide bar. The height and angle of the handheld showerhead can be freely adjusted by pressing the button on the bracket and sliding it up or down, or rotating it to your preferred angle.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure your Veken shower system continues to perform optimally and maintain its aesthetic appeal.

  • Cleaning Nozzles: The shower heads are equipped with easy-to-clean silicone nozzles. To remove mineral buildup or clogs, gently squeeze or rub the rubber nozzles with your fingers.
  • General Cleaning: Clean the chrome or matte black finish regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap or a non-abrasive bathroom cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
  • Hose Care: Periodically check the hose for any kinks or damage. Ensure it is not excessively stretched or twisted during use.
