3. Product Overview
The MCHOSE G75 PRO is a 75% layout wireless mechanical keyboard designed for versatility and performance. It features tri-mode connectivity, hot-swappable switches, double-shot PBT keycaps, and customizable RGB backlighting.

4. Setup
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the keyboard. Connect the USB-C cable to the keyboard and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port or wall adapter).
The keyboard features a mode switch button on the top left for easy switching between connection modes.

5. Connectivity
The MCHOSE G75 PRO supports three connection modes: Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz Wireless, and USB-C Wired.

5.1. 2.4GHz Wireless Mode
- Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver, typically stored in the magnetic slot on the side of the keyboard.
- Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Switch the mode button on the keyboard to the 2.4GHz wireless position. The keyboard should automatically connect.
5.2. Bluetooth 5.0 Mode
- Switch the mode button on the keyboard to the Bluetooth position.
- On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
- Select "MCHOSE G75 PRO" from the list of available devices to pair.
- The keyboard can connect to up to 3 Bluetooth devices. Use FN + Q/W/E to switch between paired devices.
5.3. USB-C Wired Mode
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the keyboard's USB-C port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a USB port on your computer.
- The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.
5.4. System Mode Switch (Mac & Windows)
The keyboard supports both Windows and Mac operating systems. Use FN + A for Windows system and FN + S for Mac system to optimize key functions for your operating system.
6. Hot-Swappable Switches
The G75 PRO features a hot-swappable PCB, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. It supports most 3-pin or 5-pin mechanical switches.

Changing Switches:
- Use the provided switch puller to gently grip the switch and pull it straight up.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB. Ensure the pins are straight to avoid bending.
- Gently press the new switch down until it clicks into place. Do not force it.
The keyboard's 5-layer gasket structure, including Poron Cotton, PET Film, IXPE Foam, and Silicon Gaskets, is designed to reduce noise and enhance typing sound, providing a pure HiFi Mahjong sound experience.

7. RGB Backlighting
The G75 PRO features per-key RGB lighting with 16.8 million colors and various lighting effects. You can adjust colors, brightness, and modes directly from the keyboard.

Backlight Controls:
- FN + =: Switch backlight color.
- FN + B: Check battery level.
- FN + \ |: Switch backlight mode.
- FN + ↑: Increase backlight brightness.
- FN + ↓: Decrease backlight brightness.
- FN + ←: Decrease backlight speed.
- FN + →: Increase backlight speed.
8. MCHOSE HUB Software
The MCHOSE HUB is a multifunctional peripheral management software that allows you to customize the settings of your G75 PRO keyboard, including key remapping, lighting effects, and polling rate settings.

The software is available as a web driver (compatible with Chrome, Edge, Opera) and a desktop driver (for Windows 10 and above). You can access or download the software from the official MCHOSE website under "Drivers & Firmwares".

9. Maintenance
9.1. Cleaning
- To clean the keycaps, use a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, remove the keycaps using the provided puller and wash them with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the keys.
- Wipe the keyboard body with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
9.2. Battery Care
The keyboard is equipped with an 8000mAh battery. To maximize battery life:
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- Adjust RGB brightness or turn off lighting when not needed to conserve power.
10. Troubleshooting
10.1. Keyboard Not Responding
- Ensure the keyboard is charged. Connect it via USB-C cable to check if it powers on.
- Verify the connection mode switch is set correctly (2.4GHz, Bluetooth, or Wired).
- For 2.4GHz mode, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in and try a different USB port.
- For Bluetooth mode, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try re-pairing the keyboard.
- Try restarting your computer/device.
10.2. RGB Lighting Issues
- Check the battery level (FN+B). Low battery can affect lighting performance.
- Ensure you are using the correct FN key combinations to adjust lighting (refer to Section 7).
- If using the MCHOSE HUB software, ensure the settings are correctly applied and the keyboard is connected to the software.
10.3. Keys Not Registering / Double Typing
- Ensure the switches are properly seated in their sockets. Gently press down on the affected keycap.
- If a switch is faulty, use the provided spare switches to replace it (refer to Section 6).
- Clean any debris from around the affected switch.
