Setup Guide

1. Charging the Headset

Before initial use, fully charge the headset. Use a standard USB charging cable to connect the headset to a power source.

• A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
• The headset provides up to 20 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time on a single charge.
• An indicator light (usually red for charging, blue/off for full) will show the charging status. Refer to the quick start guide for specific LED indicators.

2. Pairing with a Device

The headset uses Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connection.

1. Ensure the headset is powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button (or multi-function button) on the headset until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, PC, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
4. Select "TECKNET HS004" (or similar name) from the list of available devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator on the headset will typically show a solid blue light or flash blue slowly.

3. Dual Device Connection

The TECKNET HS004 supports simultaneous connection to two devices.

1. Pair the headset with the first device following the steps above.
2. Once connected, disable Bluetooth on the first device.
3. Put the headset back into pairing mode.
4. Pair the headset with the second device.
5. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headset should automatically reconnect to both devices.
6. You can now switch audio between the two connected devices as needed.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls:

• Power On/Off: Press and hold the multi-function button.
• Answer/End Call: Short press the multi-function button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button.
• Volume Up/Down: Use the dedicated volume buttons (+/-).

Microphone Adjustment:

The headset features a 330° rotatable microphone. This allows you to wear the headset on either your right or left ear. Adjust the microphone boom to position it optimally near your mouth for clear voice pickup, ensuring the noise-cancelling feature works effectively.

Wearing the Headset:

Adjust the headband to fit comfortably over your head. The ear cup should rest gently on your ear. The ultra-light design and soft ear pads are intended for long-wearing comfort, making it ideal for extended calls or work sessions.

Maintenance and Care

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the headset. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
