1.2 Battery Installation and Charging
The camera uses a 1200mAh rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
- Locate the battery compartment on the camera.
- Open the compartment cover. Ensure it is dry before opening.
- Insert the battery according to the polarity indicators.
- Close the compartment cover securely until it clicks into place. This is crucial for maintaining the camera's waterproof seal.
