Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Mirror: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to avoid liquid seeping into the edges.
  • Cleaning the Cabinet: Wipe the exterior and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, or solvents, as these can damage the finish and mirror.
  • Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and hardware to ensure they remain tight. Tighten as needed.

Troubleshooting

Door Misalignment or Uneven Gap

If the cabinet door appears misaligned or has an uneven gap, the hinges may need adjustment. The aluminum alloy hinges are designed for easy adjustment. Refer to the hinge adjustment section in the detailed assembly instructions (if provided separately) or gently adjust the screws on the hinges to achieve proper alignment.

Cabinet Not Flush Against the Wall

If the cabinet is not sitting flush against the wall after installation, check the mounting brackets. Ensure that the far outside edge of the mounting brackets are positioned inside the inside edge of the medicine cabinet frame. Incorrect placement can cause the cabinet to tip forward. Adjust the mounting brackets and the adjustment screws on the back of the hanger as necessary.
