Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • Tracker not pairing: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android device and the tracker's battery is active. Try restarting the Google Find My Device app or your phone.
  • Low sound volume: The tracker is designed to emit a sound up to 120dB. If the sound is too low, ensure there are no obstructions covering the speaker.
  • Inaccurate location: Location accuracy relies on the Google Find My Device network. In areas with fewer Android devices, location updates might be delayed or less precise. Ensure location services are enabled on your phone.
  • Battery life concerns: The CR2032 battery is expected to last 6-8 months. If battery drains quickly, ensure the tracker is not constantly playing sound or actively being searched for, as this can consume more power.
