2. Mounting: Securely attach the KK1800 pump head to a compatible peristaltic pump drive unit (e.g., UIP2 WiFi Peristaltic Pump) using the provided mounting hardware. Ensure it is firmly seated and aligned with the motor shaft.
3. Tube Installation:
   • Open the pump head cover. The KK1800 features an easy-open mechanism.
   • Insert the appropriate pump tubing (e.g., 15# or 24# silicone tubing with 2.5mm wall thickness) into the pump head channel. Ensure the tubing is properly seated around the rollers.
