- Chemical Handling: Follow all instructions and safety precautions provided by the chemical manufacturer. Do not mix different chemicals unless explicitly instructed.
- Battery Safety: Use only the charger supplied with the sprayer. Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures or moisture. Do not attempt to open or modify the battery.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the power switch is off before charging or performing any maintenance. Keep electrical components dry.
- Storage: Store the sprayer and chemicals in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, out of reach of children and pets.
2. Product Overview
The Denzel 16-Liter Battery-Powered Backpack Agricultural Sprayer is designed for efficient application of liquids in agricultural and gardening tasks. It features a robust design and user-friendly controls.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Contact your retailer if any parts are damaged or missing.
3.2 Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the 12V 8AH battery. The voltmeter will indicate the charge level.
- Ensure the sprayer's power switch is in the 'OFF' position.
- Connect the charger to the charging port on the sprayer.
- Plug the charger into a suitable power outlet.
- Allow the battery to charge until the voltmeter indicates a full charge.
- Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.
3.3 Assembly
- Attach the Hose: Connect one end of the spray hose to the sprayer's outlet port and the other end to the spray lance handle. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Assemble the Lance: Connect the spray nozzle to the end of the lance. Choose one of the 3 provided nozzles suitable for your application.
- Adjust Straps: Adjust the backpack straps to a comfortable length for your body. The ergonomic design aims to distribute weight evenly.
3.4 Filling the Tank
- Ensure the sprayer is on a stable, level surface.
- Unscrew the tank cap.
- Carefully pour the desired liquid solution into the 16-liter tank, using a funnel if necessary to avoid spills. Do not overfill.
- Securely replace the tank cap.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wearing the Sprayer

Place the sprayer on your back using the adjustable straps, similar to a backpack. Ensure the straps are snug and comfortable to distribute the weight of the filled tank.
4.2 Powering On and Spraying

- Locate the on/off switch at the base of the sprayer and switch it to the 'ON' position. The pump will activate.
- Hold the spray lance firmly and aim the nozzle at the target area.
- Press the trigger on the lance handle to begin spraying. Release the trigger to stop.
- Adjust your spraying technique as needed for optimal coverage. The sprayer can reach up to 4 meters.

4.3 Monitoring Battery
The integrated voltmeter on the control panel allows you to monitor the battery's charge level during operation. Recharge the battery when the voltage drops to ensure consistent performance.
4.4 Powering Off
After use, switch the on/off switch to the 'OFF' position. Release any remaining pressure by briefly pressing the spray trigger (if applicable for your model) before storing.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Sprayer
- After each use, empty any remaining solution from the tank.
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Fill the tank with clean water and spray it through the lance and nozzle to flush out any chemical residue. This prevents clogging.
- Clean the exterior of the sprayer with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
5.2 Battery Care and Storage
- Always recharge the battery after use and before long-term storage.
- Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- For extended storage, it is recommended to charge the battery every 3-6 months to maintain its lifespan.
5.3 General Inspection
Periodically inspect the hose, lance, and nozzles for signs of wear, cracks, or blockages. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
